Wonderful Flooring Experience I highly recommend ES Hardwood Floors & Painting! I recently hired them to transform my rental apartment by replacing the old carpet with beautiful oak flooring, and the result is absolutely beautiful. The new floors made the apartment look brighter, more elegant, and much more attractive. I found ES Hardwood Floors on Google and was impressed by their excellent reviews, so I reached out to them. They responded very quickly, communicated professionally throughout the entire process, and worked with me to agree on a fair price. What impressed me most was how reliable they were. I was very happy from start to finish and entire procedure. Every schedule appointment was met, There were no delay delays, There were no hidden cost, And the timing was right on schedule with completion. This was a rental unit that was being renovated, so timing was critical. His cruise came in and got the work done right on schedule as promised. The workmanship was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing and talented staff at ES Hardwood floors & painting last year they did my floors! This year had them paint kitchen cabinets and walls, doors, crown molding and it came out AMAZING! The team was very speedy, knowledgeable, and thorough! Kitchen looks amazing! Santana and his family are truly kind. I wrote to over 20 companies to help our family. Our daughter has autism and because of this she spills often and had destroyed our carpets to the point where it became embarrassing to have company over and hard to feel clean in house that will always looked dirty. My husband is veteran and was medically discharged, so we were not in position to replace the floors. This has been over a year now. My husband has been responsible for the care of our daughter but it does become difficult for him and despite efforts the floor got worst and worst. BUT out 20 plus companies Santana answered our call for help. He drove 5 plus hours with his family and gave a new life to our home. He did not charge us, he showed up and did excellent work. He asked for nothing in return. Everyday now that we see these floors it’s a reminder that god hears us even when we think the call will go answered. This will be something I will never forget. I highly recommend them, in a time in the world where everything feels scary and lonely. He showed me extraordinary kindness. I wish I had before and after pictures to share. Still it’s important to share when people strengthen our faith whether that is in god or faith that humanity is not lost. I am grateful to this family for lifetimes.
